✦ OVERVIEW ✦I have the right to decline your commission. If it’s something I’m uncomfortable with drawing, I will not hesitate to refuse. In addition, I also have the right to charge extra fees for complexity/specificity.I will not draw for:
Underage/large age gap, abusive, pedophilic, beastialic, or incestuous ships. Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, acephobic, TERF, and ableist themes will not be tolerated either. Basically anything that raises a red flag probably won't fly with me!Only the commissioner is allowed use of the artwork. I will not tolerate anyone else using it unless the commissioner gives permission. And, of course, do not claim the commission as your own work. All of my commissioned work will be watermarked. Do not alter or remove my signature in any way. Editing, tracing, or stealing the commission is not permitted (cropping to use as icons is okay).Finished commissions will be posted to my social media. If you're not okay with that and prefer them to stay private, you can let me know on the commission form!My commissions are for personal use only. Selling or making merchandise off of them for profit is not allowed, be it through physical or digital currency (including NFTs and AI training).Refusal to abide with any of these rules will result in me reporting you for copyright infringement and refusing any future commissions from you.✦ PAYMENT PROCESS ✦I only accept payment through PayPal, and I will be sending an invoice to your PayPal email. The invoice will be coming from [email protected], so make sure it's me you're paying when you get the invoice! Invoices are mandatory and basically a legal way to keep track of the payment. You have to pay before you start your commission. You can be refunded, but not if the commission is 100% done. I’ll only give you your money back if I’m not finished with it yet, otherwise I would have done all the work for nothing! Everything will be in USD $. Other currencies totally work as well, as they will be automatically converted!I must have a visual reference. I cannot draw a character based off of description alone, so keep this in mind! References are my best friend, so colored full body refs are obviously the best go to. This applies to both OCs and canon characters. The commission form has an upload feature where you can submit any character references, so please don't hesitate to use it.Make sure that you have a clear idea in mind of what you want in your commission upfront, because I will not make major changes after starting on your commission. This includes details such as body cut, shading, poses, and backgrounds. Please be as detailed as possible so that I don't have to come asking questions later on.If you have a certain pose you want me to imitate (i.e. draw the squad memes, character expression memes, ship pose memes, etc.) I would be more than happy to reference those! However you must get permission from the original artist first. Some artists don't allow their poses to be used for others' monetary gain so I will need proof of confirmation that they've given you the okay (either a screenshot of their agreement or you can tell them to directly message me and tell me they're okay with it). After this, I would like to be sure to credit the original creators, so either send me the original artist's name or the link to the original post that way I can credit them properly in my work.Generally I try to start on commissions as soon as I get them, but please be aware that it could take up to several months for me to complete due to real life obligations or other priorities. ★ CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS ★

Base price starts at $200. You can either come to me with a basic idea of how you want the character to look from the start, or you can totally let me wing it, it’s up to you!When telling me the details, please try to be specific as possible. This includes basic things (i.e. hairstyle, body shape, skin color, height, etc.), complex things regarding general style (i.e. steampunk, fantasy, goth, superhero, modern everyday, etc.), clothing/accessories (dresses, skirts, capes, hoodies, bows, earrings, bracelets, etc.), and personality traits so I can have an idea of what sort of pose/expression to draw.Depending on the overall complexity of the design I am more than willing to drop the price if it’s more simplistic—the original cost is just based off of the intricate character designs I’ve done for my own OCs in the past. Less complexity=less time for me to do research/design/color=less expensive! As we go along I will continuously send you WIPs of the starting sketch to make sure that things look okay, and I’ll need your final approval before starting the lining/coloring stage. After lining and adding base colors I’ll come back with more WIPs and once the colors are approved, I’ll get to shading and adding the finishing touches.Once the design is complete, I will send the full file to you. You are free to reupload it and use it as you wish, just do not claim the design as your own. You are welcome to gift custom characters to other people, but do not resell them.Custom character designs will all be posted publicly to my social media once finished. If you want them to stay private, you'll have to pay an additional 15% fee, so please keep that in mind!

✦ What do you draw with/what programs do you use?I have an Intuos Wacom tablet and my main art program is Paint Tool SAI! I also occasionally use Photoshop.✦ I want to commission you, but your commissions are closed!In that case you'll just have to be patient and wait for them to open back up! I try not to close them too often but sometimes I just get overwhelmed, so please just make sure to check back every so often to see if they're open.✦ Can I be put on a waitlist for commission slots?Nope, sorry! It would be unfair to everyone else who wants to commission me. As long as you're diligent with checking back to see when slots open, there shouldn't be too much of an issue with getting one. I usually post updates to my social media when I'm opening commissions again, so that's a good way to keep an eye out as well.✦ How long have you been drawing?Since I was a kid! I've always been very passionate about art and character creation. I didn't start seriously getting into digital art until around 2017, however.✦ If I commission you, can I repost the commission?Absolutely! Once I hand it over to you it's all yours. Feel free to post it and use it wherever you'd like. Credit is appreciated but not required.✦ Can I use art I've commissioned from you for AI learning?No, absolutely not. While I'm all for the advancement of AI learning, I'm highly uncomfortable with the concept of people's own artwork being used as bases to build off of. Being an artist isn't easy. It takes a lot of passion and hard work to be able to create. Someone being able to take hours of my work and dedication and feed it into a program to alter it in mere seconds and claim it as their own feels highly insulting to me as an artist and as a creator in general. If I find that you have taken my work and republished it under the guise of "AI generated" artwork, I will block you and refuse any future commssions from you.✦ If I didn't commission you but I like a commission somebody else has gotten, am I allowed to use it as an icon, header, etc?That's up to the commissioner, so you'd have to ask them whether or not it is okay. In general I'd say don't use commissioned art that wasn't meant for you, but sometimes the commissioner is lenient about personal use, so just be sure to always ask.
